When contacting customer support, please include your order number in the subject line, eg - SE12345

We are open Monday - Friday between 09.00 - 16.00 (with reservations for holidays and public holidays).

Information about your order

All our products are sent from our warehouse in Stockholm and we pack and ship orders every day of the week. We try to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days from the order date.

For Swedish orders, we ship with Postnord (Varubrev, MyPack collect & MyPack home). These deliveries are Nordic Ecolabelled according to Postnord's sustainability agenda . The lead time for orders with Postnord is 1-3 days, but is usually sent to you within 24 hours. You can also choose DHL Service Point in Sweden.

Orders within and outside the EU are sent with DHL (DHL Express & DHL Parcel connect). 

When your package is sent from us, you will receive an email with the tracking number where you can track and follow your delivery. Should you not receive such an email, contact us at info@getthegallop.com with your order number, for example - SE12345.
