1. GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.getthegallop.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Get the Gallop AB, org. No. 559025-4719, Box 18, 182 07 Stocksund, Sweden (hereafter Get the Gallop).
The buyer is obliged to take note of the conditions before purchase. When ordering on getthegallop.com, the buyer accepts the General Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. Get the Gallop reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions.
2. APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions and any disputes that arise in connection with the terms when using getthegallop.com, or with purchases on the website, are governed by Swedish law. Get the Gallop may modify or change these terms. You are therefore requested to save the conditions you accept at the time of purchase of your order. As a customer, you must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of getthegallop.com.
3. HOLDING OF RIGHTS
All rights, including copyright of getthegallop.com, remain with Get the Gallop. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
4. ORDERS
Before completing and paying for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are bound to your order only when you accept it and our general terms and conditions at checkout. An order is only confirmed when it is received by Get the Gallop and payment has been approved. Please note that we cannot accept orders where the invoice address and delivery address cannot be verified. A digital order confirmation is sent to the specified e-mail address when you have completed your purchase. This is a receipt/payment document for your purchase in the web shop. A digital delivery confirmation is sent to the specified email address when your order has been shipped. This is a receipt/document for your delivery.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Items may sell out during a visit to getthegallop.com, and current stock and availability are automatically updated when you checkout. We cannot guarantee information about the availability of individual goods, neither via getthegallop.com nor our store/stands at fairs, as goods and stock may sell out.
For certain product releases, Get the Gallop applies maximum quantities when ordering certain items.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of the order.
All product information displayed is subject to change, and Get the Gallop reserves the right, if necessary, to change information on getthegallop.com
We reserve the right to only accept orders from people over 18 years of age.
4.1 OFFER “BUY 3 PAY FOR 2”
Offer "Buy 3 pay for 2" means that you get the cheapest item in the bargain, and applies to selected items. When you buy three items, you automatically get the cheapest one. When returning the free product, there is no refund as this product was never charged for. If you return a product that you paid for, but choose to keep the free product, you are no longer entitled to take part in the 3 for 2 campaign and you must then pay for the free product. This means that we will only refund the difference between the free product and the product you return. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers. In the event of overselling or if a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order. We will then inform you via email about which product is out of stock. When we cancel your order, the goods that were on your order are put up for sale again and you can then place a new order.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online prices are indicated in the following currencies: EUR, SEK, NOK or DKK. Get the Gallop reserves the right, as necessary, to update prices on getthegallop.com. Get the Gallop is not held responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery time depends on delivery country and choice of shipping option. Your order is processed within 1-3 days with certain exceptions such as for example collection releases, inventory, holidays and sales. Get the Gallop does not take responsibility for any delays caused in customs processing.
If a delivery is delayed or cannot be sent due to stock balance or other reasons, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the order is placed. The customer may then cancel the order and/or be refunded at no extra cost.
6.1 SHIPPING COST AND CURRENCY
The shipping cost is stated in EUR, SEK, NOK or DKK and is determined based on the country of delivery.
6.2 UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Get the Gallop is not responsible for packages left at post offices. The customer will be charged for the cost of return shipping and administrative costs, SEK 215.
6.3 CUSTOMS DUTIES
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes which are charged when the package reaches the recipient country. These are only determined when the package arrives at local customs in the delivery country. Get the Gallop cannot predict or control these charges. For orders to the USA and Norway, the following delivery conditions apply: Delivery Duty Paid, including taxes and duty to the recipient of the package. Get the Gallop sends packages according to Delivery At Place (DAP) delivery terms. This means that we are not responsible for VAT, fees and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on rules and fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay extra fees for any customs clearance.
6.4 TRACKING
You can request to receive a tracking number to track where your shipment is (except for consignment notes via PostNord within SE). Get the Gallop is not responsible for any errors in the respective distributor's information.
6.5 TRANSPORT DAMAGE/MISSING GOODS
If you discover on receipt of your package that the shipment is visibly damaged by/during transport, this must be reported immediately to PostNord/DHL, this applies both to home delivery and when you collect the package yourself from an agent. If upon unpacking you discover that the contents are damaged or that goods are missing, you as a customer are obliged to contact Get the Gallop's customer service at the latest within 7 calendar days from receipt of goods with your order number and case number from the parcel agent. In the case of return transport of products, the customer bears the financial responsibility if the products are damaged or do not arrive.
6.6 FAULTY GOODS/INFORMATION
If Get the Gallop were to send incorrect or damaged products, Get the Gallop reserves the right to return all products in their original condition. The customer must return the faulty item to Get the Gallop within 14 days and shipping will be paid by Get the Gallop.
Should an item be displayed and sold at an incorrect price on getthegallop.com due to technical problems or mistakes by Get the Gallop staff, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.
7. RETURN AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
As a customer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase against a valid receipt within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. The product must be returned in salable condition in the original packaging and with any hangtags. All returned goods are sent back together with the order number and contact details to our warehouse. Unidentified items returned may be denied a refund. Returns that are damaged, dirty, washed or worn are not accepted. Get the Gallop does not cover return shipping. As a customer outside the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase against a valid receipt within 30 calendar days of receiving your goods.
7.1 COMPLAINT
If you discover a production fault, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or proof of payment. Product damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered faulty. If possible, we offer to repair defective products. If it cannot be repaired or the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. In the event of approved complaints, Get the Gallop is responsible for all additional costs. 7.2 MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
When you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we will start processing the order in our system and in our warehouse. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no possibility to change your order. If you discover errors in the contact details provided, it is your responsibility to contact customer service. Get the Gallop is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address by a consumer.
7.3 EXCHANGE OF GOODS
In case of any requests for exchange of goods, for example in the event of an incorrect order of an item or size, customers are asked to return the unused product with information on what it is desired to exchange it for. If the desired replacement is not in stock, the order is handled as a return. For questions or help, contact our customer service.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, our obligations via getthegallop.com are postponed. In the event of force majeure, both the customer and Get the Gallop have the right to cancel, in whole or in part, any agreement without any obligation to pay damages or fulfill any obligations. By force majeure we usually mean, but do not limit ourselves to, natural disasters, war, strikes, import/export bans, transport disruptions and illness, regardless of whether this occurs at us as a company or at our suppliers.
9. FRAUD
Get the Gallop reserves the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of being fraudulently or otherwise maliciously processed to ensure the security of our consumers' transactions through getthegallop.com. We reserve the right to also forward transaction information if requested to official authorities or payment partners in the event of suspected fraudulent transactions or identity theft. Individuals who violate the above rules or the restriction of password-protected areas on getthegallop.com may be subject to prosecution.
