HOW DO I CHANGE TO ANOTHER COLOUR/SIZE?

Follow the instructions below. It is important that the product is unused and has all labels and packaging intact.

  1. Register your exchange at: returns.yayloh.com/retailer/se_getthegallop with your order number and the email address you used at the time of purchase.
  2. Clearly state which product you want to return and the size/color you want to change to in the text field and we will reserve it.
  3. You will get an email with instructions and a return label. 
  4. We will send out the new item at no extra cost as soon as we receive your return. 

HOW DO YOU SEND THE PRODUCTS?

We ship with DHL, Postnord and UPS. Within Sweden it usually takes 1-2 days for the package to reach the mailbox or delivery point. You will receive an email with the shipment number so you can follow your order.

Deliveries within europe are usually sent with UPS or DHL Freight. The rest of the world and non EU orders are sent with UPS.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR RETURNS? 

Yes we do, see prices by clicking here. The return fee is based on the country your order was delivered to. When you return a product your order will be refunded minus the return fee. Please note that that the initial shipping fee and any import fee related to your order will not be refunded upon return.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It depends on where in the world you live. Within Sweden it usually takes 1-3 days, and internationally 5-10 days. We stock all products in our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden, and pack and ship every day.

IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR KLARNA PAYMENT/INVOICE?

If something isn't right with your invoice from Klarna, contact Klarna directly here or call their customer service on +46 (8) 120 120 10. Make sure you have your Klarna reference number close at hand.

HAY BAG SIZES

Our Hay Bag in size Large is as big as a big blue Ikea plastic bag. It holds most things for the weekend trip, the horse competition, the children's activities. It has no interior pockets, zips or buckles on the inside.

Our Hay Bag Medium is a roomy everyday handbag. It holds a computer, shirt, riding helmet and KeepCup. Very good hand luggage for the trip as it fits perfectly under the seat when you travel.

As both bags are soft without any lining, they can be easily folded and made smaller if necessary. When they are not full, they become very small and 'flat' when needed.


CARING FOR THE LEATHER

The easiest way to clean leather is to use a damp soft cloth. Then use a natural beeswax or a good quality leather oil to give a new shine to the surface and make the leather more durable. Leather dries over time and does well to be lubricated so it continues to be soft and supple.

When seams have come up or worn, most shoe repairers can repair and sew so it's pretty much in original condition.
