RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No problem! You have 30 days from the time you received the product to return or exchange it. The product must be unused and have all labels and other packaging intact.

To change to another colour/size:

  1. Go to: returns.yayloh.com/retailer/se_getthegallop and enter your order number and the email address you used at the time of purchase.
  2. Clearly state which product you want to return and the size/color you want to change to in the text field and we will reserve it.
  3. You get a QR code that you show at your Postnord agent, they print out a return shipping slip that you can then put on the package.
  4. We will send out your new item that you want to exchange for at no extra cost once we have received your return to our warehouse. If the product you want to exchange for is not in stock, we will handle it as a return and you will get your money back.

To return a product:

  3. You get a QR code that you show at your Postnord agent, they print out a return shipping slip that you can then put on the package and hand in.
  4. When we have received the product in the warehouse and gone through it, we will process your return and you will receive the payment again.

It is important that the product is unused and ensure that the product is safely in a well-sealed package.

Your return is completed when the product is returned to us and inspected. You will be credited the amount of the returned product in the same way you paid for it (invoice or card). The delivery fee is non-refundable.

When changing, if the colour/size you want to change to is not in stock, your order will be handled as a return.

For returns outside the EU, import tax and customs fees are not returned by Get the Gallop. However, you may be able to get that compensation from your local customs office, please contact them directly.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS AND DELIVERY TIMES

All our products are in our warehouse outside Stockholm and we pack and ship all weekdays. We try to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days from the order date. Most often, the order leaves us the same day or the day after you place the order with us at Getthegallop.se. We use PostNord mainly within Sweden and Scandinavia, and UPS for international orders.

Sweden: You will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number and notification when your product is available for collection at the nearest post office. If you want home delivery, contact us immediately after placing the order. Some products are sent as registered mail and arrive in the letterbox.
