All our products are sent from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. We try to send out all orders within 1-2 working days from the order date.

DHL Express: 1-3 days
DHL Parcel Connect: 2-7 days
Norway: Taxes and duties to Norway are included in the product prices.
UK & Switzerland: Import duties and taxes are not included in the prices displayed and will be charged separately by the courier.
US & rest of the world
DHL Express: 5-7 days

SHIPPING POLICY
We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.
The price at time of purchase is final and we honour our campaign periods. We are unable to offer or make any price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price that later go on sale, or for items on sale that are later available for further reductions.
Our newsletter offer cannot be used with other discounts or items on sale.
For any discrepancy in the order, please inform our customer support at the point of delivery.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the prices displayed and will be charged separately by the courier. The charge equals approximately 20% of the order value. Any import fee related to your order will not be refunded upon return.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, Get the Gallop reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 20 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 50 USD/40 GBP will be charged at return.
