WHAT SHIPPING METHOD ARE AVAILABLE?

For delivery within the Nordics we send all packages with PostNord MyPack Collect. It usually takes 1-2 days for them to deliver. For international delivery outside of Scandinavia we use PostNord International.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! Your package will be sent with PostNord International and delivered to you PostNord’s local partner in your country.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

It depends a little bit on where in the world you want it delivered to. But usually we send it within a couple of days and then it’s delivered to you between 1-2 days in Scandinavia and 2-5 days the rest of the world.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

No problem, email us on order @ getthegallop.com (delete the space before/after @ before sending) with your order number and what product you wish to return. We will email you back a return label for you to print and attach to the sealed package.

IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR KLARNA INVOICE/PAYMENT?

If something isn’r right with your Klarna invoice or payment you need to contact Klarna directly. Click here to get to their Customer Service page or call them at  +46 (8) 120 120 10. Make sure to have your Klarna reference number at the ready.
