Delivery and Returns
We try to deliver all orders within 5 working days from the order date if nothing else is stated for a specific product. Almost all the time we send it out the same day or the day after you’ve placed your order with us. We use PostNord My Pack Collect in Sweden (1-2 days delivery), and Postnord International for international orders (about 2-3 days).
Sweden: You will receive a notice via sms or email when your parcel have arrived at your nearest service point. You will receive and email or sms with delivery info when your order has been sent out from us. If you want door-to-door delivery just email us directly after placing an order.
Returning an item is easy peasy! Try/view your purchase in the comfort of your own home (or stable) and if you need to send it back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. The product needs to be unused, with all labels still attached, and in its original packaging to be refundable.
Return from Sweden: Put the product back in the box or in a similar package that makes for safe traveling, close it securely and stick the Postnord address label (that came with the order) onto the package. Hand into your local post agent. Done!
Return from outside of Sweden: Contact us on email@example.com and we will book a pick up of the parcel at an address of your choice.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges/returns; however, if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on it if applied.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, in original packaging and with any tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment. If you paid a delivery fee on your order that fee will not be refunded, only the cost of the returned product.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through GET THE GALLOP. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
